This construction provides outstanding protection against volatile organic compounds, hydrocarbons, methane, radon and carbon dioxide without the need for aluminium foil or reinforcement, allowing the membrane to be installed in direct contact with concrete without risk of corrosion. Purple in colour. Compliant with BS 8485:2015+A1:2019 and incorporates the performance guidance of CIRIA C748:2014. BBA approved. NHBC Amber 1 and Amber 2 compliant. CE marked for waterproofing to EN 13967:2012+A1:2017. Suitable for all characteristic Gas Situation (CS) ground gas regimes. Also provides damp proof membrane protection.
