Vertical Control Joints

Tekcem Control Joints are designed to form movement joints, reflected structural joints or day joints within screed installations, helping to prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion, shrinkage or structural movement. Supplied in 1.8m strips with a peel-off self-adhesive base, they install quickly without additional fixings and can be cut to length as required. Suitable for door thresholds and general jointing applications, and can be adapted to accommodate conduits or underfloor heating pipes. Available in heights of 30mm, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm to suit different screed depths, supplied in boxes of 20–25 lengths depending on size.
