GCP Applied Technologies, formerly known as Grace Construction Products, is a leading international manufacturer of below-ground waterproofing systems. The Grace name remains widely recognised in the UK waterproofing industry, where their Bituthene and Preprufe membrane ranges have been specified on major commercial, residential and infrastructure projects for many years.

Bituthene is a self-adhesive sheet waterproofing membrane applied to the external face of below-ground structures, providing reliable Type A barrier protection against water ingress and ground gases. Preprufe is a pre-applied membrane system designed for new-build applications where the membrane is applied to the blinding slab before the structure is poured, creating a continuous bond between membrane and concrete. Both ranges are BBA certified and comply with the requirements of BS 8102:2009 for Type A below-ground waterproofing. Complementary primers and accessories are also available.
