We have a number of delivery options available, these can be viewed in your cart and are dependent on product and postcode. Free delivery is available on orders above £300 ex VAT, our standard delivery charge on orders below £300 ex VAT is £40 plus VAT.

If you require an urgent delivery, we will aim to help where we can. Next/same day deliveries can be subject to stock availability and time of day. Please call our team on 03300 55 32 02, to discuss further.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are calculated starting the day after your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.

We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. For smaller orders, we may use third-party carriers. If you have specific delivery inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

We advise that no trades are scheduled for the day of your delivery. Things can happen beyond our control and this may result in your delivery being delayed or missed. As per our Terms and Conditions we are not liable for any consequential loss, and therefore would not be responsible for any costs.
