Fosroc Conbextra UW

Fosroc Conbextra UW's aggregate grading minimises segregation and bleeding whilst maintaining flow characteristics, and the gaseous expansion system compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state. When placed above water it can be used in section thicknesses up to 75mm in a single pour; when placed underwater, the heat-sink effect of the environment allows thicknesses of up to 150mm. For thicker sections, Conbextra UW can be extended with clean rounded well-graded aggregate at a ratio not exceeding 1:1 by weight — allowing sections up to 200mm above water and up to 400mm underwater.

Typical applications include; stanchion baseplates in submerged or tidal conditions, bridge columns and quay pillars and concrete piling and slipways
