Description

Fosroc Renderoc FC is a ready-to-use blend of cements, graded aggregates, special fillers and chemical additives, requiring only the addition of clean water on site. Polymer modification gives extremely low permeability to water, carbon dioxide and chlorides, and the cured mortar is impermeable to acid gases and waterborne contaminants. It is thermally compatible with concrete and fully compatible with other Renderoc repair mortars and the Dekguard range of protective coatings.

Renderoc FC is applied as a scrape coat to a maximum thickness of 3mm — filling surface honeycombing, voids and imperfections to produce a uniform, smooth substrate ready for over coating. It requires no independent priming system and can be applied directly over prepared Renderoc repair mortars without additional preparation.  Renderoc FC must be over coated and is not suitable as a finished surface.

Typical applications include; fairing coat to concrete and masonry surfaces prior to protective or decorative coating, filling surface honeycombing, voids and imperfections up to 3mm depth and preparation of concrete surfaces as part of a Renderoc repair system
