RIW Cavity Drain R20

RIW Cavity Drain R20 is a 1mm thick HDPE profiled sheet cavity drainage membrane with 20mm high studs, designed for use as an internal Type C waterproofing system in basements, sub-structures and retaining walls. Rather than resisting water at source, it collects incoming water within the cavity created by its studded profile and channels it to a sump or drainage point for controlled disposal — protecting the usable space behind without relying solely on the structural envelope.

• When installed correctly cavity drain R20 is capable of meeting the protection requirements for grade 1,2 & 3 basements as classified in BS8102:2009,
