Natcem 35 25kg

Natcem 35 is an environmentally friendly, fast-setting and fast-curing repair mortar with rapid strength gain and excellent resistance to chloride penetration. Formulated from a blend of natural cement binder, specially selected dried graded aggregates passing a 2mm sieve and retarders, it requires only the addition of water — no steel primers, bonding agents or curing agents needed. Sets in 35–40 minutes at 20°C and achieves a compressive strength of 50 MPa at 28 days. Suitable for use in cold, wet and underwater conditions, and DWI Regulation 31 approved for contact with potable water. Can be applied from a minimum of 10mm with no specified maximum thickness, including overhead and horizontal applications. Supplied in 25kg bags.

Good to know

• Minimum application thickness: 10mm; no specified maximum
• Mix ratio: 1 x 25kg bag with 3.6 litres of water produces approximately 10 litres of finished mortar
• Setting time can be slowed with cold water in hot conditions or accelerated with warm water in cold conditions
• Do not use on frozen or overheated substrates (outside 0°C–30°C range)
• Can be coated, covered or painted within 1 hour of setting
• Shelf life: minimum 12 months in dry storage conditions
