Natcem DW 25kg

Natcem DW is an environmentally friendly, fast-setting waterproof mortar with rapid strength gain, suitable for installation from a minimum of 10mm to any thickness. Formulated from a blend of natural cement binder, retarder and specially selected graded aggregates passing a 2mm sieve, it requires only the addition of water — no primers or curing agents needed. Sets in 40–60 minutes at 20°C and achieves an impressive 56 MPa compressive strength and 7.5 MPa flexural strength at 28 days. Suitable for use underwater and down to 7°C. DWI Regulation 31 approved (ref: 56/4/1049) and tested to BS 6920 for effect on water quality. Can be overcoated within one hour of setting. Supplied in 25kg bags.

Good to know

• Mix ratio: 1 x 25kg bag with 3.6–4 litres of water produces approximately 12.5 litres of mortar
• Coverage: approximately 1m² at 10mm depth per 25kg bag
• Minimum application thickness: 10mm
• Do not apply additional water during finishing — may cause surface cracking
• Once setting has started, do not remix or smooth the surface
• Do not use on frozen or overheated substrates (outside 0°C–30°C range)
• Shelf life: minimum 12 months in dry storage conditions
