Powerbase Low Perm

Low Perm is a robust 500 micron gas barrier membrane designed to protect buildings against radon and low levels of methane and carbon dioxide. Independently tested to ISO 15105-1, it achieves excellent permeation resistance across all three gases, with permeation rates of 216 ml/m²/day for methane, 952 ml/m²/day for CO2 and 7.2 x 10⁻¹² m²/s for radon, making it a reliable choice for sites where basic gas protection measures are required.

BBA certified and compliant with NHBC gas protection measures for Green and Amber 1 sites. Also provides damp proof membrane protection. Yellow in colour for easy site identification. Supplied in 4m x 20m rolls.

Important note; where higher levels of methane or CO2 protection are required, or where VOC or hydrocarbon protection is needed, Powerbase Multigas or Powerbase VOC should be specified instead.
