Insulated Damp Proof Course (DPC) is a high-performance, dual-purpose membrane designed to prevent both moisture migration and cold bridging around structural openings. The product consists of a premium polyethylene DPC bonded to a strip of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation. This combination allows the DPC to act as a traditional moisture barrier while the insulation core minimizes heat loss at the junction between the window or door frame and the wall. By providing a continuous thermal break at the reveal, it significantly reduces the risk of internal condensation and the subsequent formation of mould, ensuring a healthier and more energy-efficient indoor environment.
