Visqueen Zedex Housing Grade DPC & Cavity Tray

Visqueen Zedex Housing Grade DPC Cavity Tray is designed for residential cavity and solid masonry wall construction in buildings up to and including three storeys. It performs dual duty, preventing rising damp in bed joint applications and managing the downward passage of water through the cavity when used as a cavity tray above lintels, openings and other bridging elements.

As a cavity tray it can be either built-in to the inner leaf or surface fixed to the cavity face, and must be fully supported along its length by the lintel or full-fill insulation. An extensive range of Visqueen Preformed Units is available to simplify complex junctions such as corners, changes of level and arch windows, avoiding the need for difficult site forming.
