Everbuild B1 Handheld Fire Foam

Everbuild B1 Handheld Fire Foam is a quick setting, fire rated, one-part polyurethane foam in aerosol form, supplied with an attachable straw nozzle. No gun required. The foam expands on application to up to 50 times its original volume, filling irregular and broad gaps where conventional fillers would fail. It slows the passage of flames and smoke and is fire rated up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations, meeting the requirements of DIN 4102 Part 1 and BS 476 Part 20 Class B1. For maximum fire rating, use in conjunction with Everflex Firemate intumescent sealant. Tack free in 7 to 9 minutes. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over in approximately one hour. Long term service temperature range once cured is -40°C to +80°C. Available in 750ml aerosol canisters. The foam is pink in colour for easy identification.

Good to know

• Meets DIN 4102 Part 1 and BS 476 Part 20 Class B1
• Pink in colour for easy identification as a fire rated product
• For maximum fire rating, use in conjunction with Everflex Firemate intumescent sealant
• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist the curing process
• Cured foam must be removed mechanically, clean nozzle immediately after use with Everbuild Dual Purpose Foam Cleaner
• Store upright between 20°C and 25°C, away from sunlight and heat sources above 50°C
• 12 month shelf life in original containers at stated storage temperatures
• Available in 750ml aerosol
