Everbuild Fix & Fill Expanding Foam

Everbuild Fix & Fill Expanding Foam is a quick setting, one-part polyurethane foam in aerosol form, supplied with attachable nozzles for handheld use. It expands up to 55 times its original volume, filling irregular and broad gaps where conventional fillers would fail, and providing insulating and sound deadening properties. Suitable for filling gaps around pipe entries, window and door frames, electrical wire chasing and deep joints, as well as fixing door frames, timber structures, window sills and frames, and insulating behind cladding, soffit and barge boards. Tack free in approximately 7 minutes and ready to cut, saw or plaster over in one hour. Long term temperature resistance of -40°C to +80°C. Available in 500ml and 750ml aerosol cans.

Good to know

• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist curing
• Tack free in approximately 7 minutes
• Cutting time approximately 30 to 45 minutes for a 10mm diameter bead
• Only partially fill cavities as foam will expand to fill the remaining space
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C, optimum temperature +20°C
• Store upright between +5°C and +25°C, away from sunlight
• Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C
• Do not pierce or burn the can even after use
• Store as flammable liquid
• Shelf life 15 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures
• Elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life significantly
• Available in 500ml and 750ml aerosol cans
