Sikafloor 122 Level Universal

Sikafloor 122 Level Universal is a one-part, ready to use, cement based self-levelling compound for smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors. Self smoothing and highly fluid, it can be applied by pump or manually. Applied from featheredge to 6mm. Suitable over concrete, sand and cement screeds (not anhydrite), quarry tiles, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, and for use with underfloor heating beneath cables and pipes. Walk-on in 2 to 4 hours, ready to overlay in approximately 8 hours at +20°C. Suitable for use under carpets, sheet vinyl, lino, tiles, laminates and timber. Low shrinkage. Protein and formaldehyde free. Good surface appearance and hardness. Meets EN 13813 class CT-C20-F5. Available in 20kg bags.

Good to know

• Apply from featheredge to 6mm, additional layers each not exceeding 6mm may be applied to achieve required depth
• Always add powder to water, not the other way around, mix for a minimum of 3 minutes
• Pot life approximately 20 minutes at +23°C, do not remix or add extra water if the product starts to stiffen
• Concrete or screed substrate must be at least 28 days old
• Porous substrates should be primed with SikaBond PVA+ before application
• Non-porous substrates such as quarry tiles and terrazzo must be mechanically roughened or primed with undiluted SikaBond PVA+
• Switch off underfloor heating 24 hours before and for 24 hours after application
• Eliminate through-draughts during curing to prevent moisture loss
• Clean all tools immediately with water before the compound hardens
• Store in dry conditions between +5°C and +35°C
• 9 month shelf life from date of manufacture
