Sikafloor 125 Level Flex

Sikafloor 125 Level Flex is a one-part, latex modified self-levelling smoothing and levelling compound with added polymer powder, designed for advanced flexibility and resilience. It is suitable for smoothing and levelling uneven, rigid internal floors prior to the application of final wearing coverings, including concrete, sand and cement screeds (not anhydrite), quarry tiles, terrazzo and ceramic tiles. It can also be used in underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables and pipes. Flexible, self-smoothing and highly fluid, it can be applied from featheredge to 6mm, by pump or manual application. Walk-on time is 2 to 4 hours and the floor can be overlaid in approximately 8 hours at +20°C. Protein and formaldehyde free. Meets the requirements of EN 13813 class CT-C25-F6. Available in 20kg bags.

Good to know

• Mix 20kg with 3.4 to 3.5 litres of clean water, always add powder to water
• Mix thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes using an electric stirrer at less than 500rpm
• Pot life approximately 20 minutes at +23°C and 50% RH, do not add extra water or remix if product begins to stiffen
• Discard any unused material after 20 minutes from initial mixing
• Prime with SikaBond PVA+ before application, dilution ratio varies by substrate type
• Switch off underfloor heating 24 hours before and 24 hours after application
• Additional layers of up to 6mm may be applied, prime with SikaBond PVA+ diluted 1 to 3 with water between layers
• In warm weather, mist spray the surface to compensate for moisture loss and prevent shrinkage cracking
• Eliminate draughts during application to prevent moisture loss
• Concrete or screed substrate must be at least 28 days old
• Substrate must be at least 3°C above dew point before application
• 20kg covers approximately 4 m² at 3mm thickness
• Lightly serviceable at approximately 24 hours, fully serviceable at approximately 7 days
• Shelf life 9 months from date of manufacture
• Store between +5°C and +35°C in dry conditions in original unopened packaging
