Sikafloor 132 Level Rapid

Sikafloor 132 Level Rapid is a one-part, cementitious, polymer modified, fast setting smoothing and levelling compound for uneven rigid internal floors. Ideal for applications where same day floor covering is required. Walk-on in approximately 30 minutes at 3mm thickness and +20°C. Loose lay flooring can be applied from 45 minutes and bonded floor coverings from 3 hours. Applied 2mm to 10mm. Suitable over concrete, cementitious screeds (not anhydrite), quarry tiles, terrazzo, ceramic tiles and other rigid subfloors. Compatible with carpets, vinyl, wood block flooring, ceramic tiles and laminate flooring. Suitable for use with underfloor heating with a maximum surface temperature of +27°C. Low shrinkage. Protein free, suitable for biologically sensitive applications. Low cement formulation using supplementary cementing materials. Conforms to EN 13813 CT-C35-F7. 16kg bags.

Good to know

• Apply 2mm to 10mm thickness
• Always add powder to water, not the other way around
• Pot life approximately 5 to 10 minutes at +20°C, do not remix or add water if the product starts to stiffen
• Concrete or screed substrate must be at least 28 days old
• Switch off underfloor heating at least 48 hours before and for 48 hours after application
• Eliminate through-draughts and strong sunlight during curing to prevent moisture loss
• Clean all tools immediately with water before the compound hardens
• Store off the ground in dry conditions between +5°C and +35°C
• 6 month shelf life
