Sikafloor 245 Level Deep Fill Ultra

Sikafloor 245 Level Deep Fill Ultra is a one-part, thick bed, cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound for levelling very uneven floors and screeds up to 50mm depth in a single application, or up to 60mm when mixed with aggregate. Suitable for internal and external use, it is typically used prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet, and is compatible with sand and cement screeds, quarry tiles, terrazzo, existing asphalt and tiling. It is also suitable for underfloor heating applications beneath heating cables and pipes, or on top of heated screeds. When mixed as directed, the compound provides a free-flowing and trowelable mix with a generous pot life of 40 minutes at +20°C. Trafficable and ready to overlay in 4 hours. Tested to EN 13813 CT-C25-F6. Available in 25kg sacks.

Good to know

• Mix 25kg powder with 4.5 litres of clean water, slowly add powder to water
• Mix using a mechanical mixer with a spiral paddle at slow speed until smooth and fully mixed
• Do not remix or add extra water if the product begins to stiffen or set
• For filled applications (10 to 60mm), add 1 part clean dry aggregate to 1 part compound after mixing powder with water
• Layer thickness 3mm to 50mm unfilled, 10mm to 60mm when filled with aggregate
• Ensure floor temperature is above +5°C before application
• 25kg covers approximately 3.1 m² at 5mm depth
• Shelf life 9 months from date of manufacture
• Store between +5°C and +35°C in unopened bags, clear of the ground in cool dry conditions
