Tekcem 220 (2mm-20mm) Levelling Screed 25kg

Tekcem 220 is a fast-setting smoothing and fine levelling compound for sound floor surfaces prior to the application of final floor finishes. Applied at 2–20mm in a single pour, it is shrinkage compensated and suitable for most floor finishes including thinner vinyl. Achieves a tiled finish after 3 hours or most other finishes after 24 hours at 20°C at 3mm. Single part, just add water, no additives required. Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications over concrete and sand/cement screeds.
