Tekcem Tekgrip

Tekcem Tekgrip is a fast-drying, ready-to-use premixed primer with enhanced bonding adhesion properties, achieved through the inclusion of a gripping aggregate that forms a highly textured surface when dry. Suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, it can be tiled or screeded over in as little as 20 minutes from initial application, making it an ideal choice for fast-track flooring projects where programme time is critical. Designed for use in conjunction with the full Tekcem range of levelling screeds, it provides a highly bonded screed substrate prior to the installation of floor finishes. Available in 5kg and 25kg sizes for both small-scale and larger project use.
