Tekcem 025 Industrial is a fast-setting, heavy duty levelling screed suitable for application at 3–25mm in a single pour. Designed for heavy-duty commercial and light to medium industrial environments — including warehousing and workshops — it provides a smooth, level, hard-wearing surface that can be used without a floor covering or overcoated with industrial coatings. Single part, just add water, with no additives required. Suitable over concrete, high strength sand/cement screeds, sound asphalt, calcium sulphate screeds, ceramic, quarry and natural stone tiles, underfloor heating, plywood and timber boards.
