Tekcem Industrial Plus 025 | 2-25mm 25kg

Tekcem 025 Industrial Plus is a fast-setting, single-part, heavy duty self-levelling screed designed for application in commercial and light to medium duty industrial environments where a smooth, level and highly durable wearing surface is required. Applied at thicknesses from 3mm to 25mm in a single pour and requiring only the addition of water, it produces a hard-wearing finish that can be used without any further floor covering, or overlaid with industrial coatings for a higher specification finish. With light foot traffic possible after just 3 hours, light forklift and wheeled traffic after 24 hours, and full traffic after 7 days, it is well suited to warehouses, workshops and other demanding commercial environments where getting an area back into use quickly is essential. Shrinkage compensated, moisture tolerant and available with a lighter screed appearance, it can also be laid below a damp proof membrane.
