Visqueen Zedex CPT High Performance DPC & Cavity Tray

Visqueen Zedex CPT is a high performance damp proof course and cavity tray system used across residential and commercial masonry construction. Manufactured from a flexible 0.8mm co-polymer thermoplastic, it combines damp proofing with gas resistance in a single product, which makes it a versatile choice where both moisture and ground gas need to be addressed within the same detail.

The membrane is BBA certified and has been assessed in accordance with NHBC Technical Requirement R3, so it is suitable for use on NHBC sites. As part of the Visqueen Low Permeability Gas Membrane system it provides gas protection to NHBC Amber 1, and it can be used alongside the Visqueen radon membranes where radon protection is required. Preformed units are available to simplify more complex or awkward detailing.
