RIW Sheetseal Primer 5lt

RIW Sheetseal Primer is required on all vertical and sloped surfaces before applying RIW Sheetseal 226. It improves the adhesion of the bituminous self-adhesive coating to porous substrates such as brick, blockwork, and concrete.

Good to know

• Effective coverage rate of approximately 7m² per litre per coat
• Once coat normally enough for concrete, more porous substrates may require two coats
• Do not leave exposed for more than 7 days after priming
• Do not apply to insulation boards or ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork)
• Minimum application temperature is +5°C
• ensure area is well ventilated
