Everbuild Black Jack 905 All Weather Roof Coating

Everbuild Black Jack 905 All Weather Roof Coating is a solvent-based, full-bodied black bitumen compound with added fibres for reinforcement. Its key feature is exceptional resistance to wash-off by rain almost immediately after application, making it the preferred choice for winter roofing work, emergency repairs, or situations where the roof is difficult to keep dry during application. It provides a durable, flexible waterproof coating suitable for a wide range of roofing substrates. Apply in conjunction with Black Jack 902 Primer on porous or concrete surfaces, and use Black Jack 903 Trowel Mastic to repair cracks and holes before applying 905 as the final protective coat.

Good to know

• Do not apply to damp or wet surfaces if conditions allow, while rain-resistant after application, best results are on dry surfaces
  
• New concrete roof decks must be cured and primed with Black Jack 902 Primer before application
  
• Apply Black Jack 903 Trowel Mastic to repair any cracks and holes prior to the full coating
  
• Avoid use in silage pits; not suitable for contact with food-grade storage
  
• Stir well before use, product is heavily filled and will settle
  
• Clean tools immediately with white spirit before the coating sets
