Circular Soffit Vents

Manthorpe Circular Soffit Vent is a circular soffit ventilator providing airflow from the eaves into the roofspace, helping to maintain ventilation and prevent the build-up of moisture and condensation within the roof structure. Suitable for both new build installation and retrofit into existing soffit boards.

Fixing is simple and tool-free, the vent is inserted into a 70mm hole drilled in the soffit board and secured with a push and twist action, requiring no screws or additional fixings. The vent features evenly spaced slots sized to prohibit large insects from gaining access through the soffit whilst allowing a free flow of air into the roofspace. Available in five colours — black, white, brown, golden oak and blue/black — to blend with most common soffit board finishes and fascia colours.
