GCP Betec 350

GCP Betec 350 is a purpose-designed, waterproof cementitious plugging compound for the permanent sealing of tie-bar holes in formed concrete. Its polymer modification delivers low permeability and high bond strength to the substrate, while fibre reinforcement improves overall strength and reduces shrinkage. With a working life of 20 minutes and initial set in approximately 30 minutes at 20°C, it allows construction to continue with minimal downtime.

The compound is applied by hand or trowel, compacted firmly into the tie-bar hole, and cured using standard concrete curing methods. The mix ratio is 6:1 powder to water by volume.
