Newton HydroCoat 107 Elastic 2K is a high-performance, two-component waterproofing membrane that combines the durability of a cementitious coating with the flexibility of a polymer-modified elastomer. This BDA-certified system is specifically designed to protect concrete and masonry structures that may experience minor movement or settlement. Unlike traditional rigid tanking slurries, the 107 Elastic 2K remains flexible even when fully submerged, allowing it to bridge hairline cracks while maintaining a watertight seal. It is a highly versatile "Type A" waterproofing solution, suitable for both positive and negative water pressure applications in projects ranging from residential basements to large-scale infrastructure like tunnels and reservoirs.
