GCP Bitustik BT

GCP Bitustik BT provides a simple and reliable method for bonding and sealing details across GCP's waterproofing membrane systems. Its double-sided butyl rubber adhesive delivers excellent adhesion to most building substrates, and its polyester mesh reinforcement ensures the tape holds its form without tearing during application. Both sides are protected by silicone release paper until application.

On concrete substrates, Bituthene Primer S2 should be applied first to improve adhesion, particularly on dusty surfaces. On GCP membranes, Hydroduct drainage, Serviseal PVC waterstops and GCP protection boards, surfaces should simply be wiped clean and dry before application. Roll ends and cut edges should be overlapped a minimum of 50mm
