Newton FlexProof 106 System

Newton FlexProof 106 is a highly advanced single component liquid waterproofing material that forms an elastomeric polymer membrane capable of handling severe building movements and deformations. It is specifically designed to provide a robust seal to both static and non-static construction joints. The system is available in two main variants: X-1, a thixotropic paste version for surface sealing over joints, and NV, a lower viscosity version that can be poured into movement joints. This material is uniquely versatile as it can be applied in sub-zero temperatures and onto damp substrates while remaining rainproof in just a few minutes.
