RIW Heviseal

RIW Heviseal is a cold-applied coating formulated from a fibre and mineral filled solution of natural and petroleum bitumens in white spirit. On drying it forms a tough, uniform waterproof layer with strong UV resistance, making it suitable for surfaces left exposed for extended periods as well as protected below-ground applications.

Unlike many bitumen coatings, Heviseal is particularly well suited to superstructure use, including parapet walls, plinths and exposed concrete or masonry, where long-term durability and UV stability are essential. It is also widely used on planters, retaining walls, gutters, water storage tanks and ponds, as well as in basement and sub-structure waterproofing and flat roof refurbishment.
