Ancon Debonding Sleeve

Ancon Staifix Debonding Sleeve is a black plastic sleeve manufactured from durable abrasion resistant material for use with plain-ended wall ties at vertical movement joints in masonry cavity wall construction. Where a movement joint abuts a structural column, the debonding sleeve is fitted over the plain end of the wall tie before it is built into the masonry, allowing the tie to slide freely within the sleeve as the masonry expands and contracts due to thermal and moisture movement, whilst maintaining the lateral restraint connection against wind loads.
