Ancon Universal Wall Starter System (WSS)

Ancon Staifix Universal Wall Starter System is a proven and widely specified system for connecting new masonry walls to existing structures in extensions, alterations and new build construction. The system consists of stainless steel fixing strips that are fixed to the face of the existing wall, with wall ties that slide within the strip to align precisely with the bed joints of the new masonry as it is built — regardless of the masonry unit being used. This sliding tie design eliminates the need to pre-mark or pre-drill the existing wall at specific bed joint heights, saving significant time on site.

Each kit contains all components required for a run of 2400mm — two fixing strips, five plugs, five washers, five screws and ten wall ties — making it a complete, straightforward solution with no additional components to source separately. Suitable for connecting walls from 60mm to 250mm wide. Design resistance of 1.7kN per metre
