Cavity Closer Fixing Clip

Manthorpe Cavity Closer Fixing Clip G245 is a simple and effective fixing accessory for use with Manthorpe G240 Double Flange and G242 Single Flange Thermal Cavity Closers. The clip slides into the fixing channel on the cavity closer, securing it in position and allowing it to be mortared firmly to the brickwork during installation. The clip design allows variable height adjustment to align with brick courses, making installation straightforward regardless of where the closer falls in relation to mortar joints.

An additional benefit of the G245 is that it allows shorter off-cut lengths of cavity closer to be joined together, reducing material wastage on site. Eight fixing clips are recommended per 2.5m length of cavity closer.
