Damcor Insulated DPC

Manthorpe Damcor is a combined thermal break and DPC designed for use at returned blockwork reveals around window and door openings in cavity wall construction. Where the cavity is closed using a returned block detail, cold bridging at the reveal can lead to condensation and mould growth. Damcor addresses this by providing an insulated thermal break with a thermal conductivity of 0.039 W/mK at the reveal alongside an integral DPC, combining both functions in a single product and eliminating the need to install a thermal break and DPC separately.
