Everbuild Constructa-Pro

Everbuild Constructa-Pro is a high strength, fast curing, multi-purpose polyurethane adhesive foam designed for a wide range of building applications. It adheres to most common building materials including masonry, concrete, plaster, timber, metal, insulation boards, polystyrene, polyurethane, bitumen and asphalt, reaching high adhesive strength in just 5 minutes. Suitable for fixing plasterboard to solid, metal and timber stud walls and battens, bonding insulation boards to most substrates, and as a mortar substitute for building rough garden walls and planters. With no mixing, no water and no heavy bags required, it offers significant time and labour savings over conventional methods. Rot-proof once cured, with a working temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. Available in 750ml aerosol cans.

Good to know

• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist curing
• Apply between +5°C and +30°C, ideal temperature +20°C
• Remove excess or spilled adhesive whilst still wet with Everbuild Dual Purpose Foam Cleaner
• Keep the gun nib clean during use and before storage with Everbuild Dual Purpose Foam Cleaner
• Close the gun valve when not in use to prevent adhesive curing in the gun
• Always purge gun thoroughly with Everbuild Dual Purpose Foam Cleaner before storage
• Once cured, foam can be removed with a knife or scraper
• Shelf life 15 months from date of manufacture in original unopened cans
• Once opened, shelf life is reduced to one month from original use
• Store upright between +10°C and +20°C, out of direct sunlight
