Everbuild Gun Grade Expanding Foam

Everbuild Gun Grade Expanding Foam is a quick setting polyurethane based foam designed for professional use with gun foam applicators. It expands up to 50 times the original can contents, filling irregular and broad gaps where conventional fillers would fail, and providing insulating and sound deadening properties. Suitable for filling gaps around pipe entries, window and door frames, electrical wire chasing and deep joints, fixing door frames, timber structures, window sills and frames, and insulating behind cladding, soffit and barge boards. Tack free in approximately 7 minutes and ready to cut, saw, plaster or seal over in approximately one hour. Long term temperature resistance of -40°C to +80°C. Available in 750ml tins.

• Requires a gun foam applicator for use
• Moisten surfaces with water before application to assist the curing process
• Tack free in approximately 7 minutes
• Cutting time approximately 30 to 45 minutes for 1cm diameter bead
• Apply between +5°C and +25°C, optimum temperature +20°C
• Expands to approximately 45 litres from a 750ml can
• Store upright between +5°C and +25°C, away from sunlight
• Do not expose to temperatures above +50°C
• Do not pierce or burn the can even after use
• Store as flammable liquid
• Shelf life 15 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures
• Elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life significantly
• Available in 750ml tins
