Everbuild Lead Mate Sealant 295ml

Everbuild Lead Mate Sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant developed as a modern alternative to mortaring lead flashing and sheet into brick, stone and concrete. Specially formulated to give exceptional adhesion to soft metals including lead, brass, copper and zinc without staining or corroding them, a critical advantage over conventional acetoxy-cure sealants which can attack soft metals.

Good to know

• Clean surfaces before application, remove all dust, loose mortar, grease and old sealant
• Use a backer rod to control joint depth on wider joints
• Do not use on bitumen or asphalt-based surfaces
• Tool within the skin time for a neat finish
• Store between +5°C and +25°C in original sealed containers
• Clean uncured sealant with white spirit
