SikaRoof Liquid Membrane

Sikaroof Liquid Membrane (also known as Everbuild Liquid Roof) is a fast-curing, polyurethane-based waterproofing liquid membrane for flat and pitched roofs. Its moisture-activated curing system means no catalyst is required, atmospheric moisture triggers the cure, resulting in a rain-resistant surface in just 10 minutes. This makes it highly practical for the unpredictable UK climate. Excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous substrates means it is suitable for new construction, extensions and refurbishment of existing leaky roofs. On timber substrates, use in conjunction with Sikalastic Fleece 120.

Good to know

• Ensure the substrate is in good condition before application, seal all cracks and gaps with a suitable sealant, ensure tiles are fixed, and all timbers are suitable for exterior use
  
• On timber substrates, use in conjunction with Sikalastic Fleece 120 for a reinforced application
  
• Apply by soft bristle brush or solvent-resistant roller
  
• If product has settled, stir gently, do not overmix as this causes air entrainment
  
• Porous or irregular surfaces: apply an additional priming coat at 0.25–0.3 L/m²
  
• Available in 7kg and 21kg containers
  
• Clean tools immediately with xylene; hardened material must be removed mechanically
