Fosroc Conbextra BB

Fosroc Conbextra BB is a one-part cementitious grout designed specifically for precision grouting in highway structures and civil engineering applications. Its gaseous expansion system compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state, ensuring zero shrinkage at hardening. The grout offers excellent flow even at low temperatures, and its low permeability ensures long-term durability in exposed environments.

Good to know

• Mix ratio: 4.5–4.8 litres water per 25kg bag
• Approximate yield: 13.5 litres per 25kg bag
• Place within 20 minutes of mixing
• The mixed grout should be poured from one side only to eliminate air entrapment, and must be placed within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process
• The formwork must be constructed to be leak-proof
• Typical applications; grouting beneath bridge bearings, parapet post and flanged lighting column baseplates and highway structures requiring DoT Specification compliance
