Fosroc Conbextra BB92

Fosroc Conbextra BB92 provides exceptional structural performance in demanding civil and energy infrastructure applications. Its controlled expansion after casting compensates for shrinkage, and its good fluidity and workability retention make it well suited to pumped applications over large volumes. The consistency will appear dry during the first 2–3 minutes of mixing — do not add additional water unless expressly instructed.

• Gap depth: 10mm to 150mm in a single pour
• Mix ratio: 2.75–3.0 litres water per 25kg bag
• The substrate must be flooded with fresh water for several hours prior to grouting, with all free water removed and bolt holes blown clear immediately before application.
• Formwork must be leak-proof, with joints sealed. Grout must be pumped with the stinger at the bottom of the trench to eliminate air entrapment, and a continuous grout front must be maintained throughout.
• Do not expose to moving water or rainfall during application and prior to final set.
