Fosroc Conbextra BM

Fosroc Conbextra BM is pre-blended to eliminate site batching variations, and the ability to mix part packs reduces wastage on smaller applications. The mortar is applied by trowel within 20 minutes of mixing, finished with a dampened steel trowel, and cut back to the required profile whilst wet. On completion, exposed areas should be cured with water or wet hessian.

• Mix ratio: 3.0–3.25 litres water per 25kg bag
• Approximate yield: 12 litres per 25kg bag
• Non-flammable
• Do not use below 5°C and falling
• The substrate must be free from oil, paint and other contaminants
• Any loose or friable material should be removed by grit blasting or grinding, and the surface pre-soaked with water ensuring there is no free water present prior to bedding in.
• The product must not be exposed to moving water during application, and exposure to heavy rainfall prior to final set may cause surface scour.
• In cold conditions, protect from freezing in the first 48 hours after placing
