Fosroc Conbextra EPR 15 litres

Fosroc Conbextra EPR is the wide-gap grade of the Conbextra EP epoxy grout range, a free-flowing resin grout designed for gap thicknesses from 10mm to 120mm. It is a three-component system of base resin, liquid hardener and specially graded inert fillers, developed to fill the void completely and cure to a dense, high-strength, non-shrink grout that maintains full contact and bond between the baseplate and the foundation.

It is specified where heavy dynamic and sustained loads are encountered, and where chemical spillage may occur, with typical applications including reciprocating machinery, testing equipment, heavy crane and transporter rails, high-speed turbines, centrifuges, drop forges and electroplating and chemical plants. It is also approved for the anchoring of reinforcing steel bar. Conbextra EPR meets the R4 classification of BS EN 1504-3 and the requirements of BS EN 1504-6.

For narrower gaps from 0.25mm to 10mm, the companion grade Conbextra EP10 should be used.
