Fosroc Lokfix S25

Fosroc Lokfix S25 differs from the cartridge-based Lokfix E-series products in that it is supplied in pre-measured two-component quantities, a can of resin and a bag of hardener in a plastic mixing pail, ready to mix and pour directly into the hole. The pre-measured packaging ensures a consistent mix ratio without weighing equipment on site. The complete pack must be mixed in a single operation; do not attempt to mix partial pack components.

The mixed grout is poured steadily into the prepared hole, then the anchor bar is pressed in to the required depth. Slight agitation assists in achieving a complete bond. The bar should be left undisturbed until the resin has set. Minimum loading time is 2 hours at +20°C. The cured resin is resistant to fresh and salt water, petrol, oils, grease and most acids, alkalis and solvents.

Typical applications include, application of star and tie bars, balustrades, barrier and safety fence installation and anchoring steel bard into concrete brickwork masonry and rock.
