Fosroc Nitokit surface Sealant

Fosroc Nitokit Surface Sealant consists of two thixotropic, solvent-free epoxy resin components which when mixed together produce a grey paste with 100% volume solids. The bond strength of the cured material exceeds the cohesive strength of concrete. Once cured it is suitable for overcoating with all coatings based on epoxy and coal tar epoxy within a maximum interval of 48 hours, making it suitable as a preparatory step before applying floor and wall coatings and toppings.

The surface must be clean, dry and sound prior to application. Both components must be mixed thoroughly until a completely homogeneous mixture is achieved — the grey colour of the mixed material provides a visual confirmation that mixing is complete.

Typical applications include; Sealing cracks externally prior to resin injection, fixing injection packers to crack surfaces. leveling concrete surface irregularities, and general purpose multi use epoxy adhesive.
