Fosroc Renderoc GP

Fosroc  |  SKU: BM05962
Fosroc Renderoc GP is a single-component, medium-density, polymer-modified cementitious repair mortar for the reinstatement of concrete where low permeability is required. Specifically engineered for vertical repair work, it can be applied up to 70mm thickness on vertical surfaces and 60mm on overhead surfaces in a single application without formwork. Suitable for hand application or wet spray. Chloride free. Non-flammable. Conforms to BS EN 1504-3 Class R3, repair methods 3.1, 3.3, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2. Supplied in 25kg bags.

Description

Fosroc Renderoc GP is a ready-to-use blend of Portland cements, graded aggregates and chemical additives requiring only the site addition of clean water. Polymer modification gives extremely low permeability to water, carbon dioxide and chlorides, and the cured mortar is impermeable to acid gases and waterborne contaminants. An exceptional shrinkage compensation system provides long-term dimensional stability.

The mortar is specifically engineered for vertical repair work and frequently eliminates the need for formwork, it can be applied up to 70mm on vertical surfaces and 60mm on overhead surfaces in a single application. Thicker sections can be achieved by building up in layers or using formwork. Minimum application thickness is 10mm. Deep pockets can sometimes be filled in a single application depending on the configuration and volume of exposed reinforcement.

Renderoc GP can also be applied quickly and efficiently by wet spray technique, which offers economic advantages on large areas of repair through faster placement and higher build. The product must not be used in trafficked areas.

Typical applications include; Reinstatement of concrete columns, beams, soffits and walls, repair of honeycombing and areas of deteriorated concrete, general purpose structural and non-structural concrete repair and render coat applications
