Fosroc Renderoc Plug 20 | 25kg

Renderoc Plug 20 is supplied as a ready-to-use blend of dry powders needing only the site addition of clean water. Mixed to a stiff consistency and applied by trowel or gloved hand, it develops strength quickly with a low exotherm that minimises the risk of thermal cracking. It bonds strongly to the surrounding substrate and can be worked on horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces.

The product is used for rapid patching and plugging across a wide range of below-ground and water-bearing structures, including concrete and brick tunnel linings, sewage systems, access chambers, pipes, basements, foundations and mines. Renderoc Plug 20 is approved for use in public water supplies and carries a longer set than its faster grade, Renderoc Plug 1, making it the better choice where a little more placing time is needed.

Good to know

• Supplied in 25kg bags, each yielding approximately 12.5 litres of mixed mortar
• Mix at one part clean water to three parts powder by volume, to a stiff consistency
• Minimum applied thickness is 15mm; the substrate should be saturated surface dry before application
• Only mix what can be placed within the set time; cured material can be removed by mechanical means only
