GCP Adcor 500S

GCP Adcor 500S delivers higher performance than conventional bentonite or swellable rubber waterstops by combining controlled volumetric expansion with retained cohesive strength and a malleable, conformable profile that adapts to irregular concrete substrates. The 25mm x 20mm strip achieves a minimum 100% volumetric expansion in cement water, generating a watertight seal that resists more than 6 bar (60m) of hydrostatic pressure.

The product can be fixed by masonry nail, with Adcor Adhesive MS on clean substrates, or with Pak Adhesive on dry substrates. At movement joints, Adcor 500S links directly to GCP's Servitite AT 200 or Serviseal AT 240 co-extruded PVC/hydrophilic waterstops using Secura Clips, providing full waterstop continuity across construction and movement joint intersections.
