GCP Preprufe 300R

GCP Preprufe 300R Plus is a 1.2mm heavy-duty HDPE pre-applied waterproofing membrane designed for horizontal below-slab applications on mud slabs, rafts and pile caps, and for vertical blind-side applications using single-sided formwork. Once concrete is poured directly against the membrane, Advanced Bond Technology™ creates a fully bonded, continuous watertight seal that eliminates lateral water migration — removing the need for compartmentalisation used with unbonded systems.

The ZipLap™ seam uses colour-coded ZipStrips™ (green and blue) to create a fast adhesive-to-adhesive overlap bond without heat, specialist tools or primers, making it practical year-round including in cold and wet conditions. The UV-resistant surface allows up to 56 days' exposure before concreting, offering useful programme flexibility.

• Gas resistance - PREPRUFE® 300R PLUS LT will restrict the ingress of methane, carbon dioxide and radon gases into buildings from landfill and naturally occurring sources and satisfy the performance criteria for a gas-resistant membrane, as defined in BS 8485:2015+A1:2019, Table 7. Independent test results available upon request
• PREPRUFE® 300R Plus membrane heavy-duty 1.2mm grade can be used in horizontal applications below concrete slabs and on rafts (i.e. mud slabs) and can be applied to vertical concrete substrates poured using blind side single sided formwork systems. PREPRUFE® 300R Plus Membrane is designed to accept the placing of heavy reinforcement using conventional concrete spacers.
