Newton CDM BaseBoard Pack 2m | Above-Slab Drainage Conduit

Newton CDM BaseBoard gives Type C cavity drain systems a perimeter drainage route that sits on top of the slab rather than in it. It is designed for projects where the standard BaseDrain channel cannot be used, either because the slab cannot be recessed or because headroom and floor finish levels leave no room for it. Water running down behind the wall membrane is collected at the perimeter and carried within the conduit to a gravity outlet or pump system.

The conduit clips over hangers fixed to the wall membrane plugs and is sealed to an epoxy primed floor, giving a watertight channel that keeps water at the perimeter. Preformed corners, end caps and connectors complete the run, so the system can follow any room layout or serve a single elevation.

• Floor must be primed with Newton Epoxy Primer before the BaseBoard is sealed down
• Must drain to a safe collection point below slab level or to a pumping system
• Suitable for concrete slabs and screeds at least 7 days old
